Iva Roudnikova - started her professional career as a political journalist and social features writer with Capital Weekly. The real ‘self’ though emerged with the birth of “1” magazine, which shifted her focus from politics to her real strength and heart – society. Iva’s goal has always been to inform, reform, touch and help – though writing and voluntary assistance to people in need. Iva is currently managing new creative projects within the publishing group Ecomedia and is a creative author of various articles on society and lifestyle for the magazines Amica, Brava casa, vagabond in Bulgaria.

Marta Białek-Graczyk - is the co-founder and board member of the Association of the Creative Initiative „ę”. Marta is a sociologist and journalist graduated from the University of Warsaw and the Collegium Civitas Reportage Laboratory. She is the author of books on cultural animation and social work, including: Inspiration – Activation, Notebook Europe, For – cultural animation: methods/activities/inspirations, Report on the situation of small children in Poland: good practices. Marta runs creative writing and photography workshops; she also organizes trainings on social projects management and is the author of many social projects herself. Marta cooperates with a few non-governmental organizations as a promotion adviser.

Iva Grobin - has a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications and media studies from the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. She is currently an editor of Studio 12 – an independent non-governmental multimedia project aiming at creating and promoting educational video content. It covers topics of sustainable development, human rights, democracy, economic and social challenges, human relationships and life quality. Iva is also a  co-founder (and former chairperson of 5 years) of Dharmafilm, an association for film and video production which annually organizes the Short Film Festival ff600.
