  • Flying to Vienna and taking the bus may be well worth checking out as it may be easier to find cheap tickets to Vienna. No combination flights are necessary and the bus connection with Bratislava is frequent, fast and convenient for a good price!  Buses depart in front of the departure area, ticket price is around EUR 10 and travel from Vienna airport to Bratislava main train station takes about 1 hour.

Forum Venue and additional information
The Forum will take place in the old Cvernovka factory, at Trnavská cesta 6. This is slightly outside of the city centre and buses will be arranged for participants from hotels to the venue, leaving in the morning and going back in the afternoon. The opening evening will be held at the meeting venue. The second dinner will be held in the city centre. Maps and busroutes to be posted soon.

If you need any assistance or have any inquiries, please don’t hesitate to contact our logistics agency at avance@avance.sk, or the CEE Trust organizing staff at forum@ceetrust.org.

The financial crisis

has halted planned renovation work at the Cvernovka Factory, therefore not all parts will be fully renovated in time for the Forum. This old factory under reconstruction - with its light and open spaces - adds to the informal atmosphere of the forum - a meet and talk event with no requirements for formal attire.

Accessibility
The down side of the Cvernovka factory is that the first floor that will be used for some of the breakout spaces and the Social Innovation Camp among other thing, is not easily accessible other than through a staircase and two flights of stairs. If you have special needs with regards to accessibility please let us know and we will do what we can to ensure a pleasant event for everyone.

Language

The working language of the forum is English, no translation or interpreting will be provided.
