Who can participate in the Forum?

The Civil Society Forum aims to gather, from the CEE region and beyond, everyone who is interested in and wish to contribute to the discussion about civic engagement and the future of civil society.
Participants may come from/be:  

• Civil society organizations: NGOs, foundations, institutes, think-tanks, associations and membership organizations

• Individual activists and people from informal networks and interest groups

• Intellectuals, students and academics

• Consultants and professionals working in relevant fields

• Media representatives (new and traditional)

• Bloggers/citizen journalists

What are the costs?

There is no registration fee for attending the Civil Society Forum - the program, meals and evening events are provided by the CEE Trust.

Travel and accommodation in Bratislava are to be covered by the participants themselves. Limited scholarship opportunities are available - see application form below.


Registration 

If you wish to register for the forum, please fill in and submit the online registration form. If you prefer the hard copy registration form can be downloaded by clicking on the image to the left. Send it to us by fax: + 48 22 576 80 99 or email: forum@ceetrust.org - however, please choose only one way to submit your registration!

PLEASE NOTE – The number of participants at the forum is limited due to space constraints and as we aim for a broad group in terms of geography and type of organization/activity.selection criteria apply.

Please do not make any further arrangements for travel or accommodation, until you have received a confirmation email for your registration. To cancel a registration – please contact us in writing at forum@ceetrust.org 






Scholarship opportunities

Limited opportunities will be available for the CEE Trust to assist participants unable to cover their own cost to attend the forum. Conditions and criteria apply and applicants will be selected to ensure broad geographic representation as well as participants from diverse organizations and professions at the forum.

If you wish to apply for a scholarship, please fill in and submit the online scholarship form. The form can also be downloaded by clicking on the image to the left and faxed to the CEE Trust Warsaw Office at + 48 22 576 80 99. Submitting a scholarship application does not automatically register the applicant for the Forum itself, so please make sure to register to the forum as well.

PLEASE NOTE - special travel and accommodation booking procedures apply to scholarship candidates, therefore please await confirmation and further instruction before settling any arrangements.
